The Priority List answers one question: who should I contact first in the territories I own? It only includes owners in your active farms. Ranking follows the TimeToSell score—high scores mean stronger reasons to open a conversation (equity, timing pressure, profile signals), not a random phone dump.
What to do filters
Above the list, action filters group recommended next steps: Call today, Call this week, Value / equity letter, Farm touch, and Hold / nurture. Use them to focus a work block without changing the underlying score ranking. You can still filter by farm, seller type, and buyer type, and switch Cards, List, or Map.
From card to conversation
Open an owner profile for match quality, phone, email, and structured details (birth, location, other phones, past addresses). Primary actions support call, text, and email so the score’s “why” meets contact data for the “how.”
Score first, contact second
TimeToSell ranks by property and market intelligence so you know why the address deserves a conversation. Owner match quality and phone or email tell you whether you can execute today. Filters such as Call today simply group high-score work; they do not replace the score as the spine of the list.
Why the list stays farm-gated
No seat means no pipeline for that community. Claim inventory in Open Slots, manage seats in My Farms, then live in the Priority List. Product overview: Territory Farms. Daily routine: From seat to owner call.
