From Seat to Owner Call: The Agent Daily Workflow on TimeToSell

  • A practical daily path for agents: claim Open Slots, manage My Farms, work the Priority List by score, and open Owner Profiles to call—why exclusive seats are the only full path

TimeToSell’s agent product is a closed loop. You cannot fully run a community without a seat; you cannot rank its owners without the Priority List; you cannot dial with context without the Owner Profile. This post is the practical day plan.

Step 1 — Claim where you want to dominate

In Browse Open Slots, filter to your state and city. Compare Focused, Standard, and Large pricing, intro months, and scored coverage. Claim the seat when the card matches your farming plan. Pricing is per territory, not per property—see the in-app tables for intro vs regular rates and volume examples.

Transparent territory pricing — size and volume drive the monthly total.

Step 2 — Keep seats healthy on My Farms

On My Farms, confirm active seats, wallet balance, and next renewal. Turn email on where you want mail paths. Enable nurture only when outreach is authorized for that farm. Open territory when you need the local pipeline view.

Step 3 — Work the Priority List by score

Open the Priority List. Sort score high to low. Start with Call today, then Call this week. High TimeToSell scores are your reason to call; the owner modal is how you execute. Use map view for geographic routing across farms.

Step 4 — Owner Profile: reason meets contact

On each priority card, open the Owner Profile. Check match quality (for example phone + email), use Call or Text, and use the detail cards for a human conversation—not a script read from a cold dump.

Why agents end up subscribing

Open Slots show scarcity of exclusive seats. My Farms shows ongoing cost and control. The Priority List shows the work product—but only for farms you hold. Market Intelligence can stay public; the ranked owner pipeline does not. The path is intentional: try a seat, see the list fill with your territories, and the daily habit becomes score → filter → call.

Start with the model overview in Territory Farms explained, then claim your first community before the open inventory moves.
