Browse Open Slots is where territory ownership starts. You choose country and state (for example US / CO), optionally a city, and TimeToSell lists communities that still have an open seat. The rule is simple: one agent per community while the subscription is active—not a shared lead list.
How to pick a community
Each card shows territory size (Focused, Standard, or Large), how many properties are in the area, how many are already scored, and the price for your next seat. Intro rates apply for the first three months; then the regular monthly rate. Larger communities cost more; smaller focused areas cost less. Volume discounts apply as you hold more territories overall.
What “scored” means for you
Scored properties already carry a TimeToSell index—the same engine behind ranking on the Priority List. Higher coverage means more of the neighborhood is ready to prioritize when you open the farm. Thin coverage still benefits from ongoing scoring after you subscribe.
From claim to work
- Confirm the exact amount on the community card.
- Claim the seat (wallet balance or payment flow as configured).
- Find the territory under My Farms.
- Work owners on the Priority List.
If a seat is taken, it will not appear as open. Timing matters in desirable neighborhoods. For pricing tables and volume examples, see the Open Slots pricing panel in-app and the overview in Territory Farms explained. When you are ready to turn a seat into conversations, follow the daily workflow.
