  • This is a binding agreement. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
  • Our service is a professional tool. Please use it responsibly and ethically. Don't scrape data, share accounts, or try to reverse-engineer our system.
  • You are responsible for the data you provide. We are responsible for protecting it as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Our service is a flexible monthly subscription. You only pay for the high-quality leads we actually deliver. The value of any undelivered leads is automatically credited to your on-site Wallet for future use (credits are not cash refunds).
  • Our AI provides powerful predictions based on data, but they are not guarantees. Always use your professional judgment.

1. Introduction

Welcome to TimeToSell.AI ("Service"), a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by GEOSOCIAL REALITY LLC. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Your Responsibilities & Use of the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • License, sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
  • Use the service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.

3. User Data & Privacy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any data you provide to the Service ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely in connection with providing the Service to you. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Fees, Payment, and Wallet Credits

Subscription and Renewal: You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected Lead Package subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew on the same day each month using your Saved Payment Method, unless cancelled.

Billing and Wallet: Payments are credited to your on-site Wallet and reserved for your subscription. As each Lead is delivered, its cost is deducted from your reserved Wallet funds.

Credits for Undelivered Leads: We prioritize the quality of leads over the quantity. If, at the end of a Monthly Term, any leads in your package remain undelivered, the prorated value of those undelivered leads will be automatically credited to your Wallet. This credit will be applied to your next monthly renewal or can be used for other services on the platform.

Payment Security: We prioritize your financial security. TimeToSell.AI does not store your full payment card details on our servers. We are an approved PayPal partner for Reference Transactions, meaning all payment information is securely tokenized and handled by PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure. This ensures your sensitive data is protected by a global leader in payment security.

5. Termination and Cancellation

Cancellation by Agent: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation is effective immediately and prevents all future renewal charges. Upon cancellation, the value of any undelivered leads for the current term will be credited to your Wallet.

No Cash Refunds: All delivered Lead purchases are final. Any refunds or credits issued, either for cancellation or for undelivered leads, will be made exclusively as credit to your on-site Wallet. No cash refunds will be issued to your payment card.

Termination by Provider: TimeToSell.AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its components (including all intellectual property rights) will remain with and belong exclusively to TimeToSell.AI and its licensors. The TimeToSell.AI name, logo, and the product names associated with the Service are trademarks of GEOSOCIAL REALITY LLC, and no right or license is granted to use them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. OUR AI-BASED INSIGHTS ARE STATISTICAL PREDICTIONS AND NOT GUARANTEES OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE. THEY ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL TIMETOSELL.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $200.

8. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TimeToSell.AI regarding the Service.
