Support and Service Levels

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the reliability of these insights. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TimeToSell.AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages related to AI-based insights. The total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months or $200.

AI Disclaimer

General Provisions
