Mark Trenka

Mark Trenka is a second‑generation real estate broker and the visionary owner of CENTURY 21 Trenka Real Estate, a leading downtown Denver brokerage specializing in condos, lofts and urban properties. He joined his family’s firm after building a foundation in the automotive industry and mortgage lending, taking the helm in 2004 and leading the company to new heights. Over his career, Mark has personally overseen more than 1,000 transactions and hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate sales—testament to his deep market knowledge and commitment to client success. Mark’s achievements have earned him multiple CENTURION® awards from the Century 21 brand and repeated Quality Service honors, reflecting a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. He holds designations as a Fine Homes and Estates Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Licensed Associate Broker, and has been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for his consistent excellence. Beyond sales, Mark is widely respected for his leadership in Colorado’s real estate community. He served as 2017 Chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, chaired the REcolorado board of directors and its Legislative Policy Committee, and was president of the Denver Board of REALTORS® from 2009‑2010, guiding the merger that formed the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR). His peers named him Broker/Manager of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year, and he has earned multiple President’s Distinguished Service and Office Volume Production awards. He also serves as a director for the National Association of REALTORS® and sits on national MLS policy committees. Off the clock, Mark is an avid skier, golfer and passionate Colorado Rockies baseball fan who enjoys collecting memorabilia. He lives with his family in Denver’s Walnut Hills neighborhood and actively serves on the community’s civic association board.
