Wesley Hartman is a dynamic real estate professional at EXP Realty in Colorado, bringing a rich blend of academic achievement and industry expertise to every client interaction. After relocating to Colorado, he launched The Hartland Group, a successful real estate team that quickly gained recognition, earning a spot on the prestigious Real Trends top producers list. In 2022, Wes expanded his influence by joining Showingly, where he leverages his deep industry knowledge to elevate the real estate experience for agents, brokers, and clients alike.
Raised in a Navy family in Oak Harbor, Washington, Wes developed a competitive edge early on through sports. This drive carried him through a career in professional road cycling, which took him to diverse cultures around the globe. Upon settling in Colorado in 2006, he reignited his passion for academics at the University of Colorado Denver, earning degrees in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting. His thirst for knowledge continued at Metropolitan State University, where he obtained a degree in Physics.
