With over three decades of experience in Colorado real estate, Kelly Hughes is a highly accomplished broker known for her leadership, local market knowledge, and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. A longtime resident of Douglas and Elbert counties, Kelly brings deep community insight and trusted expertise to every transaction.

Throughout her career, Kelly has earned numerous honors, including 2004 Broker of the Year from the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and Broker/Owner of the Year by the RE/MAX Mountain States Region. She has also been featured in USA Today for her outstanding performance and contributions to the industry.

Kelly has developed and sold four successful RE/MAX brokerages and served as President, Vice President, and Director of the Douglas Elbert Board of Realtors. Her leadership in the real estate community includes mentoring and training hundreds of agents, many of whom have gone on to have thriving careers under her guidance.
