With more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Denver native David Bergonz has become a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. David’s journey began in 1999 when he worked as a receptionist for a local brokerage while earning his business degree at the University of Colorado Denver. His talent and strong work ethic led to a quick promotion to coordinator, and in 2010 he stepped into a full‑time agent role—a decision that transformed his career.

Since then, David has guided hundreds of clients through smooth and successful home purchases and investment transactions. Known for his reliability and negotiation skills, he delivers personalized service across the Denver‑Metro market and beyond. In 2017, he expanded his reach by earning his real estate license in Las Vegas, allowing him to serve clients in both Colorado and Nevada.

David’s local roots give him a unique perspective on Denver’s neighborhoods. Growing up in Ken Caryl, he experienced the area’s growth first‑hand and offers insights into everything from suburban communities to emerging urban developments.
